Hash Tag Generation is a young and dynamic company that was founded back in 2015 and the breakthrough that grew us as a small company was Exxaro at Forzando complex back in 2019. We did our best to sustain a good working relationship with this client, as it is in our bestinterest to build a long-term relationshipwith all our clients.
In 2020 at Forzando south they awarded us with a tender to clean two pollution control dams using a long reach excavator, which was a huge success and opened for us many doors to an extent that last year at Forzando north they also offered us the same opportunity to clean these dams using the same methodology and currently we doing it at Overlooked alpha.
This opportunity has propelled us to research more about the dredging and earth moving equipment (Yellow Machine)business.We saw a gap in this nature of business and thought it would be a great platform to present our proposal to Overlooked since they are the one’s who grew and taught us a lot in this nature of business.

Once having our own excavator, we would like to establish an employee training program that will develop employee skills which will move them to a more advance role on the company. This will improve the employee performance and gain a skill that will open doors in the future and empower the local community. The company will take one or two interested employees to do the machinery operation course.
